Order Processing Details

• Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days depending on the below deadlines:

• Standard orders must be placed by 11:59 PM EST to start processing on next day

• 2 Day and Next Day orders must be placed by 2PM EST to start processing the same day. Orders received after 2PM EST on Saturday and Sunday are processed the next business day.

• During peak holiday, promotional periods or special periods, order processing times may be increased.

 

Shipping Time and Price

We support China Post/EMS/DHL. The shipping time depends on actual shipping time. Generally, the shipping time is 10-15 days by China Post/EMS, 3-7 days by DHL. We cannot ensure the shipping time, especially in a special periods.

We default shipment by China Post/EMS, if you need DHL, please contact our customer service.

 

Please note:

Your order will be confirmed immediately on screen and you will also receive an order confirmation from us by e-mail. If you do not receive an order confirmation email, it could be that your email address was typed incorrectly during the order process. Please contact our Customer Service department via our Contact Us page so that they can assist.

 

Orders can be shipped to an address which is different from the billing address. After you have entered your billing address during the checkout, you’ll have the option to enter a different shipping address. Please note, the shipping address should be in the country of the shop where you placed your order.

 

You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your order directly.

 

It is our goal to deliver within the above-mentioned times, however, delivery dates are not guaranteed as shipments are handled by third parties.

 

Christmas last guaranteed delivery date: place your order up to December 10th to ensure it is delivered in time for Christmas.

 

We will be unable to change the delivery address on Orders after packaged to the third parties.

If there is no one at the indicated nominated delivery address who can accept delivery of Products, the carrier will leave a notification card in your mail box.

 

Title to and risk of loss in your Products will pass to you when you take possession of the Products.
